The rooms at Palazzo Caracciolo are absolutely amazing! The premium bedding feels like sleeping on a cloud, and the air conditioning keeps you cool even on hot days. I also love that they provide complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers, so you can always stay hydrated and caffeinated. And the best part? The rooms have a terrace! It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views.

I personally found the terrace a bit small for my liking, but I understand that others might still enjoy it.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Caracciolo and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely smelling. The beautiful building had a rustic charm with modern interior, and I especially loved the garden. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there was a bus to Sorrento conveniently located around the corner. The breakfast was tasty, and the beach club, which was only a 12-minute walk away, had delicious cocktails. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything.

I absolutely loved the grandeur and elegance of the hotel's decoration. The ornate chandeliers, marble floors, and beautiful artwork made me feel like I was staying in a palace. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, were a great help for me to get around comfortably.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. As a senior woman, I would have loved it if the children working there were more proactive in offering assistance and ensuring a seamless vacation experience for us.
